1. What do we do with your information?

When you make a purchase on our site, we collect the personal information you provide us directly such as your name, address and email address. This information is only ever used by us directly to process your order, and is only shared with Stripe to handle your information - see section 4 below for more details on Stripe's use of your information.

In some cases if you contact support we may request information from you to confirm you are who you say you are, and again these are not used by us outside of the support process or shared with any other third parties.

2. Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, we imply that you consent to our collection it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for any other reason, such as marketing or email subscriptions, we will ask you directly for your express consent.

If you opt-in but later change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you and for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information by contacting support@daleluck.com.

4. Stripe

For payment processing, we make use of Stripe Checkout, a third party payment processing service that allows this site to exist.

We do not currently make use of any other third party services in regards to your personal information, and as such the above wording and the Stripe privacy policy cover your rights and all the information you require.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and the account(s) that have access to that information on the Stripe platform. We trust that Stripe follows industry best practices for securing your information against inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure or destruction.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review this page frequently to stay up to date on your rights. Changes and clarifications will take immediate effect once posted on the website.
